Dr. Victor Khomenko is a research fellow in computing science at the University of Newcastle. He has an MSc with distinction in Applied Mathematics from Kiev Taras Shevchenko University in the Ukraine and a PhD in Computing Science from University of Newcastle upon Tyne.
