Jeff Lowe
Lowe was a signatory to the 2002 Estelle Morris letter. He is also a trustee of Genesis Agendum. He is understood to be associated with the Lower Ford Street Baptist Church in Coventry.
He is also understood to be retired. He was formerly a lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University where David Tyler is currently an academic.
