Colin Garner BTech, BEng, PhD, CEng, MIMechE, MSAE is Reader (Applied Thermodynamics), University of Loughborough (he may have been promoted to a higher position than this since 2002).

Garner is believed to be an Elim Pentecostal but that’s all we know about his religious beliefs. He is understood to be involved in Christianity amongst students at Loughborough and was one of the 27 signatories to the 2002 Estelle Morris letter.
